At Her Crown, every ring is crafted with care and intention. We believe confidence continues beyond delivery.
Refund Policy
As each piece is made to order, the designing and selecting process will begin approximately 24 hours after your reservation deposit, which is 50% of the total amount, is confirmed. Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within this 24-hour period after you pay the deposit by contacting us via email and we will offer full refund of the amount you have paid.
Before crafting begins, you will receive a detailed CAD rendering for review and may refine the design with us to ensure every detail feels right. Should you decide not to proceed at this stage, your reservation may be concluded with a $200 design fee retained for the completed development work, with the remaining balance of your deposit refunded.
Once the CAD is approved by you and before crafting the remaining 50% amount is completed. Once crafted, we will send a video for your review and continue refining your piece with you — including ring sizing and final adjustments — until it feels truly yours. Should you ultimately decide the piece is not right for you, we offer a 50% of the total amount be refunded.
Returns Policy
Each Her Crown ring is Custom-Made & Made-to-Size Piece. It is made with precision and high standards. It is exactly made and fit for only you.

- Custom-made rings, including special sizing or design modifications, are final sale after it is dispatched to you.
- Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect
This policy ensures fairness while respecting the craftsmanship involved in made-to-order jewelry.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your ring has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photographs and a brief description
Our design and quality team will assess the issue promptly and advise on repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Condition & Care
Returned items must not show signs of:
- Wear or damage
- Alteration by a third party
- Exposure to chemicals or improper handling
Her Crown reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
