Standard Designs

• Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• Original packaging and documentation must be included

Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees of USD 80 where applicable.

Custom-Made & Made-to-Size Pieces

• Custom-made rings, including special sizing or design modifications, are final sale
• Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect

Complimentary Resizing

We want your ring to feel perfect.

• One complimentary resizing is offered within 30 days of delivery, where design permits
• Resizing eligibility depends on the ring style and setting structure
