Order Processing & Production Time
Each Her Crown ring is customized and made to order which takes 10-15 business days.
This time allows for diamond selection, setting, quality control, and final inspection to ensure your ring meets our exact standards.
When your ring is completed, we will share a personalised video presentation for your review by email, including the diamond’s unique reference and final finishing.
Following your approval, the remaining balance will be arranged, and your piece will then be prepared for secure and fully insured delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders unless otherwise stated.
- All shipments are fully insured until delivery is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted, insured international couriers to ensure safe delivery.
UK delivery:
7–9 business days after dispatch
US delivery:
5–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or peak seasons.

Order Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as a signature may be required.
