At Her Crown, every ring is crafted with intention and precision. We believe delivery should reflect the same care.
Order Processing & Production Time
Each Her Crown ring is customized and made to order which takes 15-20 business days.
This time allows for diamond selection, setting, quality control, and final inspection to ensure your ring meets our exact standards.
Before crafting begins, you will receive a detailed CAD rendering for review and may refine the design with us to ensure every detail feels right. Once crafted, we will send a video for your review and continue refining your piece with you — including ring sizing and final adjustments — until it feels truly yours.
Following your approval your piece will then be prepared for secure and fully insured delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders.
- All shipments are fully insured until delivery is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted, insured international couriers to ensure safe delivery.
UK delivery:
7–9 business days after dispatch
US delivery:
5–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or peak seasons.

Order Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as a signature may be required.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, Her Crown is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, actively support you until your order arrives safely.
