Every coloured diamond is personally selected by our team to meet Her Crown’s standards. Before crafting begins, we will send you a video of your selected diamond and a design chart of your ring for your approval. Your ring is crafted only after you approve both.

Yes. All center diamonds are IGI certified, providing independent verification of authenticity, quality, and specifications. Here is the sample of IGI certificate.

What is an IGI Jewelry Report?

 An IGI Jewelry Report provides independent gemological identification and assessment of a finished piece of jewelry, including its mounted diamonds and setting details. It documents the diamond characteristics as the setting permits and identifies precious-metal content and purity stamps, where present.

Each Her Crown Ring comes with both IgI Diamond Certification and IgI Jewelry Report.

How long does a custom ring take to make?

Most custom pieces are completed within 15-20 business days for crafting. We take the time to ensure every detail is considered before it reaches you.

Can I cancel my order after placing a reservation?

Yes. We offer a 24-hour reservation confidence window. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit.

Do I need to approve the design before my ring is made?

Yes. Before your ring enters production, we provide a final design confirmation for your approval.

What happens before my ring is crafted?

Before production begins, we present your final approved design for confirmation. At this stage, you can review all details to ensure your ring matches your expectations.

Once confirmed, your piece moves into the crafting stage, created exclusively for you.

Can I make review after my ring is crafted?

Once your ring has been crafted, it will be presented for your final review. This ensures every detail is carefully checked against the approved design.

Can I resizing the eternity band?

Yes.However the free resizing is not applicable to eternity band due to the intricate craftsmanship and continuous setting of diamonds around the band requires specialised artistry and meticulous care to preserve the integrity and beauty of the design. Should an adjustment be required, this service may be arranged at an additional charge.

What are the requirements for a diamond upgrade?

Your ring must be purchased from Her Crown and accompanied by its original IGI Diamond Grading Report and IGI Jewelry Report. We verify the diamond’s laser inscription against its IGI report number and check the “Her Crown” engraving. Your replacement centre diamond must be at least 1 carat larger, and 1 artistry level higher than your original diamond.

How much credit will I receive for my diamond upgrade?

You will receive credit equal to 50% of your original Her Crown ring purchase price towards an eligible replacement ring, subject to verification and our upgrade policy.
